Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Plenrise website and platform. By accessing or using Plenrise, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Plenrise is operated by [Legal Entity Name] ABN [ABN], registered in Queensland, Australia ("Plenrise", "we", "our" or "us").

You must create an account to use the Plenrise platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You must notify Plenrise promptly if your account details change.

Plenrise provides specialist-managed consumer and B2B research services. The specific terms applicable to research services are set out in the Research Service Agreement, which governs each research project.

Research briefs are submitted through the platform. Plenrise will not commence fieldwork until a brief has been confirmed in writing. Changes to a confirmed brief may affect timelines and pricing.

Plenrise makes no guarantee that any research finding will predict market outcomes, commercial success or the accuracy of business decisions made in reliance on research findings.

Payment for research services is required before fieldwork commences. All prices are stated in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

Agency plan fees are billed monthly in advance. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

Refunds are available if fieldwork has not commenced. Once fieldwork has commenced, refunds are not available for work already completed. If Plenrise is unable to complete a study, a remedy will be offered as described in the Research Service Agreement.

Plenrise retains ownership of the platform, its design, software and methodologies. Research reports delivered to clients are owned by the client, subject to full payment of fees.

Research methodology, survey instruments and analysis frameworks developed by Plenrise remain the intellectual property of Plenrise and are not transferred to clients.

You grant Plenrise a limited licence to use information you provide in research briefs for the purpose of designing and delivering your research study.

Plenrise treats all client research briefs, data and reports as confidential. We do not share client information with other clients or with third parties except as necessary to deliver the service or as required by law.

Clients agree not to disclose Plenrise methodologies, pricing structures or internal processes to third parties without Plenrise's prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plenrise's liability for any claim arising from these terms or from the use of the platform or research services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific research service giving rise to the claim.

Plenrise is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of business opportunity or loss arising from reliance on research findings.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You may close your account at any time by contacting Plenrise. Closure of an account does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid for services already commenced or delivered.

Plenrise may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Plenrise platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

Plenrise reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email to registered users. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
