Contact information: When you contact Plenrise via the website contact form, we collect your name, email address and the content of your message.

Research participant data
Plenrise recruits research participants through verified opt-in research panels. Participant data is collected and held separately from client account data.
Individual participant responses are never shared with clients. Client reports contain only aggregated, anonymised findings.
Participants are informed of the purpose of each study, how their data will be used and their right to withdraw before taking part. Participant data is retained only for the period required to complete the analysis and deliver the report, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Retention

Research brief data and report data are retained for as long as your account is active. Anonymised, aggregated research data may be retained indefinitely for platform improvement purposes.
